Cecil & Larter Saab is top of the class

Local car dealer Cecil & Larter Saab is celebrating in true Swedish style after winning the coveted Saab Great Britain Regional Dealer of the Year Award in recognition of its exceptional performance in aftersales operations in 2007.

The dealership was one of only five dealers in the UK to win the accolade which is awarded to just one dealer in each of the five Saab Dealer Network regions.

In order to determine the best performing dealerships, the Saab Dealer Network is assessed on a wide range of criteria including customer care, staff training, management practices and aftersales performance. These results are then studied and used to identify areas in which levels of sales service can be improved in each dealership.

Cecil & Larter Saab achieved the highest score of all dealerships in the region which comprises the East Midlands and East Anglia, excelling in each assessment set by Saab Great Britain in 2007.
